When Hayley was five, she publicly reminded her grandfather “girls can be winemakers too!” Although not a winemaker, Hayley brings an eclectic set of fresh skills to Tahbilk. With degrees in Agricultural Management, Commerce and Marketing, she worked with Ernst & Young before returning to the family business in 2009. With an accountant’s eye and an eco-warrior stance she has actively researched, promoted and developed the Carbon Neutral strategy now fundamental to every area of the winery, from vineyard to bottling line and the Wine Club. A journey which has taken the organisation into a new phase of Innovation.
Matthew Charles Jones - AusNet Services
Innovation in Energy
Matthew Charles Jones works with Mondo Power, a commercial arm of AusNET (The company runs Victoria’s transmission network, as well as an electricity distribution network and a gas network). Matt's works covers customer communication and education, stakeholder engagement, community energy and solar and battery power related activities. He works closely with AusNet Services Distributed Energy and Innovation team and has been involved with a number of innovative projects, including the Mooroolbark Mini Grid Project (The world’s first fully renewable mini grid), and the Yackandandah Mini Grid Project. Before joining AusNet Services, Matthew was actually the lead on the Yackandanda Mini Grop Project.
Dr. Rafiqul Islam - Charles Sturt University
Dr Rafiqul Islam is a Senior Lecturer of Computing in the School of Computing and Mathematics, Faculty of Business at Charles Sturt University. He earned BSc (Honours) and MSc (Research) from the department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Dhaka, and PhD degree with the specialisation in Network Security from Deakin University, Australia. Rafiqul's research interests include, but not limited to, Network security, Cyber security, Cluster classification, Malware identification and detection, Intrusion detection etc.
Before joining CSU, Rafiqul has worked as a Research Academic and Lecturer at Deakin University, Central Queensland University, Monash University in Australian and as Lecturer & Assistant Professor at theUniversity of Dhaka in Bangladesh.
